One of the easiest ways to save some cash is to cook meals at home, especially if you plan things out in advance (particularly using items you already have on hand). I used to so enjoy reading others’ meal plans each week and sharing my own – it’s been too long, so I’m going to get back into it. I hope my menu gives you some inspiration. Some folks plan for three meals a day and even include snacks; we have pretty much the same thing daily for these things, so I only write up dinners. Here we go!
Monday: Waffles & fruit
Tuesday: Beef & bean tacos
Thursday: Baked ziti
Friday: Hot dogs & pasta salad
Saturday: Baked ziti leftovers
Sunday: Curried mutton & brown rice
